Our research work on most existing eWallet providers showed that majority of their restrictions are not imposed by the relevant financial regulatory body(ies) neither the local banks in which the eWallet Funds are domiciled, but by the eWallet providers themselves who are bent on still implementing  or using an assumed global business model of the past decade which in real sense is not global because those eWallet services are available in selected countries and to selected residents of specific countries worldwide.
