Funds on cards and accounts are insured (credit institutions – FDIC, CDIC and other government insurers in the operating countries). We have many issuers hosted at DualPay® Card Platform. DualPay® chooses the issuer from its partnering banks at its sole discretion and changes them if necessary to fulfil its services in accordance with the agreement where DualPay®    is the program manager of the program. We host only prime MC/VISA issuers, fully licensed and regulated, insured and supervised by the gov. insurance agencies in the applicable jurisdictions.
