You agreed to abide by all obligations, rules/regulations and adherences provided by the various financial institutions and Branded Card providers – Visa and MasterCard International and upheld by you as the global eWallet and the Card user.

 

DualPay (Global eWallet) makes No WARRANTY of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the services and products offered in its global eWallet and prepaid Credit Cards issued and regulated by the various brands owners.

 

DualPay (Global eWallet) Multicurrency Account and prepaid Credit Cards and other services and products use associated with its Account may be limited due to new policies imposed by the brands providers, financial institutions and local country’s government regulatory agencies.

 

Please, note that DualPay (Global eWallet) Multicurrency Account access online and operations may sometimes be hampered or slow due to several factors such as server down-time, network issues and other technical issues and is such occurs, we would endeavor to send reports and update reports to all users and the estimated time frame for up-time of operations.
